Free Printable CPR Poster and Pocket Cards
Print these and put them where people will see them: the break room, the shop floor, a classroom, the church kitchen, the fridge at home. They're free for workplaces, schools, churches and families to print and share.
Hands-Only CPR Poster
Three big steps anyone can follow in an emergency: call 911, push hard and fast in the center of the chest, and use the AED. It includes the 100 to 120 per minute beat and a QR code to our free CPR metronome so people can practice.
CPR and Fire Extinguisher Pocket Cards
Wallet-size cards with the CPR steps on one side and the fire extinguisher P.A.S.S. steps on the other. Ten cards per sheet. Laminate them for a toolbox, glove box, wallet or ID badge.
What's on the poster
- Call 911. Tap and shout. If there's no response and no normal breathing, call 911 on speaker and send someone for an AED.
- Push hard and fast. Heel of one hand on the center of the chest, other hand on top. Push at least 2 inches deep, 100 to 120 times a minute, and let the chest come all the way back up.
- Use the AED. As soon as it arrives, turn it on and follow the voice prompts. Keep pushing until help takes over.
What's on the pocket card
CPR side
Make sure the scene is safe. Tap and shout. Shout for help, call 911, and send someone for the AED and first aid kit. Check breathing. Push hard and fast. Use the AED.
Fire side: P.A.S.S.
Pull the pin. Aim low at the base of the fire. Squeeze the handle. Sweep side to side.
Fire safety rule
Only fight a small fire. Alert others and call 911 first, keep your exit at your back, and if in doubt, get out.

Questions
Can my business or school print and post these?
Yes. They're free to print and post at workplaces, schools, churches, clubs and homes. Please print them as they are, without changes.
Do these replace CPR training?
No. They're a reminder for an emergency. Practicing on a manikin is what builds real confidence. See our hands-on CPR, AED and First Aid classes.
Can I get larger posters for my workplace?
Yes. Email info@twinstatesafety.com and tell us the size and how many you need.
What is the QR code for?
It opens our free CPR metronome, so anyone can practice pushing at the right speed, including to songs like "Stayin' Alive."
Want your team trained hands-on, with a 2-year AHA card?
See CPR & First Aid classesThese printables are reminders, not a substitute for hands-on training. CPR steps shown are for adults and teens. Twin State Safety is an independent training business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Heart Association.
